Who should attend and what to prepare
Your CTO or technical lead and anyone responsible for product architecture or NHS integration decisions. Bring a product demo (including any beta capabilities) and be ready to discuss your current architecture, integration approach, and commercial position: which Trusts, which tenders, what timelines.
What I bring
Over three years as Deputy Director of Data Engineering at NHS England, leading the 150-person engineering team that built the Federated Data Platform. Twenty years before that at Trust level, including overall leadership of data functions.
That means I can give you a clear picture of the architecture, the Canonical Data Model, the Solutions Exchange process, and the political dynamics that will shape whether and when your product gets access. I also know how Trusts work from the inside: how they make technology decisions, how adoption actually happens, and what gets in the way.
What comes after
For some clients, the Clarity Session answers the key questions on its own. For others, it surfaces specific areas that would benefit from deeper work. If that is the case, I will tell you what I think would add value and what it would cost. There is no obligation to continue beyond the session.
